Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") published by Black Automations LLC ("Black Automations," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law) to use our Apps. By using an App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Apps in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Apps, except where permitted by law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Apps or related systems.
• Use our Apps to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, trademarks, and other materials in our Apps are owned by or licensed to Black Automations and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

6. User Content

Any content you submit through our Apps (such as feedback messages) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely to operate and improve our Apps.

7. Disclaimers

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Automations and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Apps, regardless of the theory of liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Automations and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our Apps or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
