Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain and email are registered to your business from day one, and your data is always yours. Black Automations owns and licenses the application code, which is what lets us maintain it efficiently. If you leave, we transfer your domain, email, content, and data to you at no charge.
What if I need something between two tiers?
Tiers are starting points. Add-ons (extra mailboxes, extra pages, additional workflows) are priced flat and listed in your agreement before we start.
Are there long-term contracts?
Month to month after setup. 30 days' notice to cancel.
Who actually does the work?
The founder, a Navy veteran and professional software engineer. You work directly with the person building your systems; nothing is subcontracted.
